Tom Jensen is a musician, sound ceremonialist and guide who has spent two decades learning the transformative power of sound through his mentor, Rainbow Roy Holloway, and Roy's collaborator, Janice Young. Roy, a beloved teacher who passed away in 2019, imparted deep wisdom to Tom, giving special significance to the interconnectedness of all things. This profound love for oneness is the foundation of Tom’s unique work and a thread of the story behind the name "Sacred1". With a heart rooted in nature, music, and spirit, Tom creates healing spaces that invite you to reconnect with yourself, the Earth, and the divine. Through sound journeys and ceremonies, Tom continues Roy's legacy, guiding others toward peace, love, and wholeness. To this day, Tom leads ceremonies with Janice Young on Thetis Island.

Tom’s work is rooted in a dedication to recognize the sacred in all that is. His approach is unique, blending years of collecting a constantly growing repertoire of pre-recorded natural sounds—from the soothing flow of rivers to the melodies of bird songs—with his live sound journey sessions. Using his loop station, Tom weaves these nature sounds with live instruments, creating immersive sound ceremonies that invite profound healing and connection. Guided by the teachings of his mentor, Tom was encouraged by Roy to develop his own musical path, and through Sacred1, his sound experience has blossomed into something deeply personal, transformative, and healing for all who partake.
